Mental Symptoms: Aside from the physical manifestation associated with panic attacks, there are also mental signs that you need to be careful of. One of which would be insomnia. You tend to be restless whenever you are experiencing such. Mainly because you worry too much on things hence your sleep is compromise. If ever you were able to rest, chances of nightmares are high. Aside from that you may also tend to lose control with an increase in terms of aggression or even depression. Headaches are also common in this particular tendency. And with such a situation, sickness and diseases would also be rampant.

These are a few of the many physical and mental anxiety symptoms you need to watch out for every single day. As such, you really need to take note if you experiencing two or more of these signs.
